Production process
PET polyester spun-bonded non-woven fabric is made of raw polyester chips through high-temperature melt spinning, high-speed drawing, and cooling crystallization.
Processed polyester chips - high temperature melting and extrusion of large screw stalks - Filter - metering pump (quantitative transport) - spinning (drawing up and down at the spinning inlet) - cooling - airflow traction - screen forming - upper and lower pressing rollers (pre reinforcement) - hot rolling (reinforcement) - winding - inverted cloth slitting - weighing and packaging - finished products warehousing.
Production line technology
The products of the PET spunbond production line are thin and medium thick hot-rolled non-woven fabrics. They are mainly used for lining cloth, packaging materials, home textiles, transfer printing, cable wrapping cloth, floor leather base cloth, automobile roof and carpet base cloth, drainage plate film, beach chairs, tents, and other leisure products and filter materials.
Small plate tube air draft technology
For the PET spunbond production line adopting small plate tube air draft technology, the domestic line is basically at the same level as the imported line, and even better than the imported line in drafting speed and energy consumption.
However, due to the limitations of domestic raw material level, forging technology and heat treatment technology, the hot rolling roll of domestic pet spunbond hot rolling mill has poor stability and is prone to thermal deformation, which leads to uneven linear pressure and affects the cloth quality and some physical indexes.
Advantages: the vertical and horizontal strength ratio of the product is small, generally between 10 and 115, the drawing is sufficient, the tensile strength of the cloth surface is high, the heat shrinkage is reduced, and the fiber monofilament fineness range is large, generally between 08 and 60dpf.
Disadvantages: in the production of thin products, the cloud spot phenomenon is obvious and the uniformity is slightly poor; The production efficiency is reduced due to the relatively small number of lateral spinneret holes.
Air draft technology for large slits of the whole plate
For the production line adopting the whole plate large slit air draft technology, at present, the domestic technology such as the slit draft device for pet spunbond is not mature enough, but some core equipment or parts are imported, and other technologies and equipment are matched in China. Not only has the investment dropped significantly compared with the whole set of imports, but also the overall technical level and product quality level are the same.
This way will be the best way to build this kind of production line in the future. Domestic-related technologies are in the process of development and will become more and more mature.
Advantages: the product has fewer cloud spots, good uniformity, high production efficiency, and is more suitable for thin products.
Disadvantages: the longitudinal and transverse strength ratio is large, generally above 15. The fiber monofilament size range is small. In addition, the domestic slit air draft device for pet spunbond is not mature enough, and it needs to be imported from abroad with relatively large investments.
